• Lead the technical development of an analytic decisioning platform with a team of software engineers
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand product features and requirements
• Provide leadership and mentorship to ensure positive customer outcomes and foster innovation
• Continuously improve engineering practices for the software platform to meet efficiency and reliability goals
• Participate in customer meetings and support activities for cloud and on‑premises implementations

• Deep understanding of software architecture and design principles
• Significant expertise in Java and Spring, with experience in modern software design patterns
• Proven experience leading software development teams in complex projects
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker for container management
• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL or Oracle

• Experience with stream processing platforms like Kafka or Spark Streaming
• Multi‑cloud experience (AWS, Google, Azure) and familiarity with technologies like Cassandra or Open Search
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Angular, Python, and generative AI tools
