Software Engineer Lead; Java Full Stack Development

Position: Software Engineer Lead (Java Full Stack Development)

As a Software Engineer Lead within PNC's C&IB organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Dallas, TX.

Expertise:

-  Strong hands-on design and development experience with Java and Spring, banking/payments background is preferred

-  Solid understanding of software architecture and microservices

-  
Experience with Open Shift or Kubernetes is required

-  Experience designing and developing solutions using Kafka, MQ and REST APIs

-  Proficiency in database design and optimization, including Mongo DB and Oracle DB

-  Experience in Dev Ops CI/CD and Jenkins build/deploys

-  JavaScript and Angular experience is a plus

-  Experience using Eclipse, Intelli

J, Gradle, Maven.

Recommended/ Desired

Skills:

-  Experience working with Elastic-Search and Redis is a plus.

-  Strong knowledge of performance tuning, application security, and scalability best practices.

Experience with Agile software development methodology
