Job Title
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership for a real-time decisioning platform, leading by example through daily hands-on development. Designing and coding core components end-to-end to solve complex, ambiguous problems at scale while setting a high bar for code quality, performance, reliability, security, and long-term maintainability.
Modern Java depth Java 17 + /Java 21, Spring Boot, MongoDB, Distributed system design, Performance tuning, Rest API's, Observability & Reliability (logging, tracing, etc.), Cloud (any cloud fine, preferably Red Hat Open shift)
Flex Skills/Nice to HaveKafka, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum Exposure
Education/CertificationsBachelors or equivalent experience
