Power Platform Developer
Role Overview
Power Platform Developer focused on automation and security
Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week
Must-Have Technical Skills
Power Platform & Power Apps
- Advanced experience with:
- Power Apps (high priority)
- Microsoft Power Platform (end-to-end understanding)
Automation
- Proven experience implementing automation solutions
- Hands-on work with workflow/process automation (Power Automate preferred)
Dataverse & Data Layer
- 2–3+ years of experience with Dataverse
- Strong understanding of how applications connect to and use a data layer
- Experience designing data models for Power Platform solutions
Integration & APIs
- Experience with:
- API integrations
- Connecting applications to backend systems
Development Background
- Some level of coding experience required
- Low-code + pro-code exposure preferred
Security
- Experience working in secure environments
- Understanding of security considerations within Power Platform and enterprise applications
Experience Requirements
- Targeting 5–8 years of overall experience
- Candidates should have practical, hands-on experience (not just exposure)
- Power Platform itself is not overly complex, so emphasis is on:
- Depth of usage
- Real-world application delivery
Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to clearly explain technical decisions and solutions

- Strong Power Platform expertise
- Solid data and integration experience
- Background in low-code + traditional development
