We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join our Engineering GP&T Client Platform team. This role is in New York, NY.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to impact on our organization in the following ways:

* Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack applications aligned with business needs.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and security to deliver innovative solutions.

* Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality software delivery.

* Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

* Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to technology strategy.

* Lead the code reviews and debugging efforts.

* Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and performance standards.

* Partner with stakeholders on project priorities, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery.

* Continuously contributing directly to the success of project deliverables.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

* 10-14 years of experience in software development required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus

* Experience in designing and developing large-scale, mission-critical, high-performance, high-availability systems.

* Expert-level knowledge in design and development of client-facing RESTful APIs.

* Strong expertise in Java/Spring Boot/REST development, including microservices and event-driven architecture implementation.

* Basic knowledge of front-end technologies:
Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

* Software engineering experience with demonstrable, recent use of AI-native development tools as a core part of workflow.

* Strong knowledge of RDBMS and messaging technologies (IBM MQ, Kafka).

* Solid grasp of Git, CI/CD, containerization, and automated API testing.

* Knowledge of OAuth2/OIDC, mTLS, signed request verification using public/private key cryptography.

* Experience in using code quality and static analysis tools like Sonar Qube or Veracode.

* Experience in Agile methodologies, either Scrum or Kanban.

* Prior experience as a lead engineer working in finance, particularly in payments.

* Strong technical and communication skills.
