ETL Developer
This position requires someone to be onsite in an office work setting five days a week in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, or Dallas, TX. Looking for an intermediate-level ETL developer. This candidate should seamlessly utilize Informatica, Oracle, Teradata and Tableau with the latest in responsive database, Informatica ETL and Tableau reports. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, passion for technology, extensive development experience.
This candidate will serve as a technical expert of a large-scale digital development project consisting of both on-shore and off-shore developers. The ETL Developer will work together with Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts and Technical Managers to build workflows and schedule jobs.
Qualifications:
- 6 - 8 years of experience working in relational database design with Oracle and Teradata
- Proficient in Informatica, with a good knowledge of ETL development
- Strong experience in design, building and testing the Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) applications
- Experience working with enterprise data warehouses
- Familiarity extracting data from multiple data sources such as DB2, Oracle, and flat files
- Familiarity with database stored procedures
- Strong SQL experience required
- Experience working in Linux environment and Shell scripting
- Provide end-user support including business queries and requests
- Provides reviews of the deliverables and identifies gaps and areas of improvement
- Maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of standards, guidelines, and industry trends for Data Integration, Data Migration and Architectures
- Fulfil and design the development for logical data models as well as physical data models
- Strong agile/scrum development experience
