** Job Description*
* The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies, modern web development frameworks, API development, and SQL Server-based applications.

This role offers the opportunity to work on strategic initiatives supporting digital transformation and innovation across the organization.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-level web applications and APIs.

+ Build scalable and secure applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Angular, and Entity Framework Core.

+ Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services to support business applications.

+ Create, maintain, and tune SQL Server databases, including complex T-SQL queries and stored procedures.

+ Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

+ Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and reviews.

+ Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions to improve application performance and stability.

+ Perform code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.

+ Support application modernization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

+ Document technical designs, development activities, and operational procedures.

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

+ 3+ years of software development experience in enterprise environments.

+ Strong experience with:

+ C# and .NET

+ ASP.NET Core

+ Entity Framework Core

+ Angular

+ SQL Server

+ REST API Development

+ T-SQL and Stored Procedures

+ Experience developing scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

+ Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

+ Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

+ Strong communication and collaboration skills.

** Nice-to-have Qualifications*
* + Experience working with distributed teams across onshore and offshore development models.

+ Proven success working in a high-performing Agile environment utilizing Scrum or related methodologies.

+ Exposure to or practical experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and technologies, including:

+ Microsoft Copilot

+ ChatGPT

+ Claude

+ AI-assisted software development tools

+ Prompt engineering concepts

+ Experience integrating AI capabilities into business or development workflows.

+ Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops practices, and cloud-based environments.

+ Financial services or banking industry experience is a plus.
