The
** Adventure Recreation Attendant
** position is an integral part of the camper's visit, providing an experience beyond all expectations by fostering enthusiasm, creativity and fun. You will execute and support all aspects ofadventure recreation including overall programming and appropriate use of facilities.

The goal is to ensure a high levelentertainment during each activity and, make surestaff and participants are engaged and participating in a responsible and safe manner.

The Adventure Recreation Attendant will be responsible foroversitethe safety, vibe, and cleanliness of the facilitiesusedaround camp and activities such as but not limited to;
Ropes Course, Go Karts,  Water Slide and Kilter Wall.
** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
** Guide, encourage and assist guests through adventure recreationobstaclesand attractions. Create and initiate accommodations, games and challenges toenhance each participants experience. Execute and operate the adventure recreationofferings including but not limited to:

Go-Karts,Kilter Walland Rope Course. Ability to open and close each adventure recreation activity. Effectively communicate the safety and maintenance needs for alladventure recreation courses and equipment. Other duties as assigned.

** Strong interpersonal skills. Able to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Has the ability to take direction and uphold the company's values. Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate supervision, agile, and able to pivot quickly. Ability to develop strong relationships with diverse groups of people.

** QUALIFICATIONS
* **** Required Qualifications
**** 1+ years of experience working with kids and/or teens.
* Provide work related references upon request.
* Employment in this position is contingent upon successful completion of all pre-hire background checks, including criminal history clearance through the Pennsylvania State Police (PATCH), child abuse clearance through the Department of Public Welfare, Motor Vehicle Record if required by position and federal background screening via FBI fingerprinting.
**
* Preferred Qualifications:

**** Preferred 1+ years of experience working with kids and/or teens.
* Experience working with ropes courses, kilter walls and go Karts.
* Experience working in a camp environment is preferred.
* Some college is preferred.
