Performance Food Group - - - Responsibilities:
Drives tractor trailer or straight truck on local, interstate, and overnight routes to deliver and unload food and related products.;
Performs pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections and reports safety issues per DOT regulations.;
Ensures DOT compliance and company safety guidelines; verifies loads are properly secured.;
Delivers orders to customers, obtains signatures, and processes payments where required.;
Completes required paperwork, loads/unloads freight, and maintains daily hours-of-service log.
