We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team in Houston, PA via Freedom Transit. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

• $22.45 per hour (CBA position)

• Execute flawless operations by following designated routes and schedules, adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
• Conduct comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly reporting maintenance issues, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, including seat‑belt enforcement, emergency response readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform other duties as required.

• 21 years or older.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• CDL Required – Class A or B with passenger endorsements.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts as assigned.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical exam if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis.

• Ability to work flexible schedules and shifts.
• Primarily long periods of sitting and using a computer.
• Work environment combines indoor and outdoor conditions.
