Required skills include at least 3 years of experience in scheduling or dispatching, exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively, strong communication skills, both oral and written, a customer service-oriented mindset with prompt responsiveness, basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internet. Ability to learn new software quickly, strong managerial abilities and reasoning skills, ability to maintain professionalism in stressful situations, and ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs;

physically capable of standing, walking, and site visits.

Nice to have skills include experience working in traffic control or construction industry, familiarity with computer programs specific to dispatching or scheduling, and certifications related to traffic safety or logistics.

Preferred education and experience include a high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus, and a proven track record with a minimum of 3 years in transportation, logistics, or dispatching roles.

Other requirements include the ability to work outside typical office hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, willingness to visit job sites as required, and commitment to safety and confidentiality at all times.
