Transportation Driver Premier at Perry Village – New Bloomfield, PA

Premier at Perry Village is seeking a dependable Transportation Driver to join our skilled nursing facility in New Bloomfield, PA. This position is responsible for providing safe, reliable transportation for residents while ensuring exceptional customer service and compassionate care during each trip.

• Part-Time

• Safely transport residents to and from physician appointments, dialysis, hospital visits, and other scheduled outings.
• Assist residents with entering and exiting the facility vehicle safely.
• Escort residents to and from appointments as needed.
• Coordinate transportation schedules with nursing staff and outside providers.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and routine inspection of facility vehicles.
• Ensure all transportation documentation is completed accurately.
• Follow all traffic laws, facility policies, and resident safety procedures.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly.
• Provide courteous, respectful, and compassionate service to residents and their families.

• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous transportation or healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience transporting seniors or individuals with mobility limitations is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to safely assist residents with mobility needs.
