Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support marketing and fulfillment operations. This position will be Full-Time, Onsite, and is a 12-week contract role working first shift core business hours with mild flexibility. Located in Neville Township (Neville Island).

What You'll Do

* Assemble and bundle marketing materials according to project specifications

* Stuff envelopes and prepare mailers for distribution

* Maintain an organized workspace and follow established processes

* Assist with inventory counts and supply restocking as needed

* Ensure accuracy and quality across all materials handled

* Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures

What You'll Need

Required:

* Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

* Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced but supportive environment

Physical Demands

* Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

* Ability to conduct repetitive tasks such as assembling, stuffing, and preparing materials

* Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods in a warehouse environment
