Team Lead Manager Warehouse

Position Description

Warehouse Team Lead — Greencastle, PA

• Hourly Pay $23.00 per hour
• Additional Pay: $1.00 per hour when assigned to third shift
• Schedule:
  
  Third Shift Sunday–Tuesday 6:00 pm – 6:00 am, Wednesday 6:00 pm – 12:00 am

• Products handled:
  Retail Items
• Equipment:
  Stand‑up and sit‑down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc. Ability to learn and operate powered industrial equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year powered industrial truck experience
• 1+ year previous Team Lead experience
• 1+ year Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• 1+ year previous warehouse experience
• Advanced RF scanner knowledge and/or experience required
• Valid forklift operator’s license, certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective leadership skills
• Flexibility to work in fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proactive and composure under pressure
• Safety‑oriented work practices
• Bilingual required for Québec locations only

• Lead and drive continuous improvement efforts for optimal operations efficiency.
• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting.
• Allocate resources and organize daily work duties for team members to ensure optimal shift/team logistics.
• Inspire and guide team members to improve KPI’s using appropriate leadership styles.
• Provide orientation and necessary technologies and tools for new employees.
• Promote health and safety working methods.
• Manage daily paperwork: picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.
• Submit daily reports and proposals to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
