Lead Material Handler

Location: Greater Malvern, PA Area (On-site)

Compensation: $25–$30/hour + shift differential, overtime opportunities, full benefits, and advancement potential.

We're partnering with an established company in the temperature‑controlled logistics and warehouse operations space that's expanding its leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on warehouse professional looking to step into a lead role with long‑term career growth.

• Lead and support a team of Material Handlers during your shift.
• Coordinate the movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished products throughout the facility.
• Keep production and warehouse operations running efficiently by ensuring materials are available when needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Perform cycle counts, inventory transactions, and support FIFO practices.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain organized, safe work areas and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with Warehouse, Operations, Production, and Quality teams to resolve day‑to‑day operational issues.

• 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, supply chain, or production support experience.
• At least 1 year leading or directing the work of others in a Lead or Team Lead capacity.
• Experience operating forklifts and other powered industrial equipment.
• Working knowledge of inventory control, RF scanning, WMS, cycle counting, and warehouse operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, temperature‑controlled environment.
