Location: Pittsfield, Great Barrington or North Adams MA / Hybrid

Employment: Full-Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Staff Accountant with 1–3 years of experience to join our practice. In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, gaining hands‑on exposure to both tax compliance and financial statement reporting. This is an ideal position for a professional looking to sharpen their technical skills, manage a diverse set of client responsibilities, and grow their career in public accounting.

• Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
• Prepare financial statements (compilations and reviews) in accordance with professional standards.
• Analyze financial data to assist in the preparation of client reports and business performance summaries.
• Perform basic tax and financial reporting research to stay ahead of evolving trends and laws.
• Communication:
  Coordinate with clients to gather necessary documentation and provide deliverables.
• Support:
  Collaborate with senior staff and managers to ensure client deliverables are accurate and met on time.
• Growth:
  Actively participate in training sessions to sharpen your technical skills.

• Education
  :
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience
  : 1-3 years of experience in public accounting (internships count!).
• Tech‑Savvy
  :
  You are tech savvy and should feel right at home with all the advanced tech we use to get the job done.
