- Recording and maintaining company's daily financial transactions
- Preparing reports for managers and trial balances to assist accountants
- Processing invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions for business
- Managing accounting systems while getting accounts and invoicing setup and putting clients information into system
- Completing data entry, collecting transactions, tracking debits and maintaining/monitoring financial records
- Preparing invoices to be paid
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
- Integrity in dealing with confidential information
Bookkeeping or Accounting experience preferred.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office - especially Excel and Word
Knowledge of Quickbooks
Pay:
Commensurate with experience
Drug Testing Required due to contracts with the State
