Salary Range: $20.00 To $21.25 Hourly
Position Title: Insurance Service Specialist
Department: Greylock Insurance Agency
Work Arrangement: In-Office
Bilingual: Preferred not required
Sign on bonus: $1,500.00 sign on bonus available for full-time employment. Eligibility for the bonus is $500 after successful completion of onboarding/training to be paid with two months of service, and $1,000 after 6 months of continued full-time satisfactory service.

EssentialFunctions & Responsibilities

Performance Measurements- All customer inquiries, calls, and visits are handled promptly, professionally, and accurately.
- Agency communication channels and lead distribution processes are maintained accurately and efficiently.
- Mail and scanning processes are completed in a timely and organized manner.
- Office supply levels are maintained and provide front desk coverage.
- Payments are processed and transmitted in compliance with carrier guidelines and internal procedures.
- Upholds Greylock’s cultural standards by fostering respect, inclusion, psychological safety, and collaboration in all interactions.
- Experience:
Two years prior customer service experience preferred. - Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. - Licenses/Certifications:
None required. - Interpersonal
Skills:
Professional, upbeat communication style; ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and staff. - Technical/Other
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); ability to use office equipment; experience with spreadsheets and data entry systems; strong organizational skills. - Additional

Customer Service, Organizational Skills, Attention to Detail, Problem Solving.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, operate a computer and other office equipment, and communicate effectively with clients and staff.
Work EnvironmentOffice setting with frequent interaction with staff, clients, and vendors. Occasional travel to other locations may be required, as well as participation in occasional community events.
Salary RangeThe salary range for this role is $20.00 to $21.25 per hour.
