Pittsfield, MA (On-Site)
Assignment:
Temporary full-time position covering a leave of absence, anticipated to run from late August through March.
About the Role We're looking for a friendly, organized Client Services Representative to join our team on a temporary basis. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, helping them schedule appointments, complete registration, verify insurance, and connect with the services they need.

Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist clients with scheduling appointments.
Register new clients and update demographic and insurance information.
Verify insurance eligibility and obtain prior authorizations when needed.
Coordinate referrals to the appropriate programs or outside providers.
Manage provider schedules, reschedule missed appointments, and help fill open appointment times.
Contact clients with appointment reminders and follow up with waitlisted clients when openings become available.
Prepare client records before appointments and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
Work closely with clinical and administrative staff to provide excellent customer service.
Maintain confidentiality and follow all office policies and procedures.
Qualifications High school diploma or GED required.
At least one year of customer service experience required.
Previous experience in healthcare scheduling, registration, medical office, or patient services is preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and learning new computer systems.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain accuracy in a busy environment.
Professional, compassionate, and dependable.

Comfortable working with confidential information.
Reliable attendance throughout the temporary assignment.
