Auto Body Appraiser
Haddad Collision Center is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented dealership auto body appraiser to join our team in Pittsfield, MA. As a key member of our collision center, you will evaluate vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, and work closely with insurance companies and customers to ensure accurate and efficient service. Responsibilities- Perform detailed inspections of vehicles to assess auto body damage
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive repair estimates using industry-standard software
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters, repair technicians, and customers to facilitate timely repairs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry repair standards and parts pricing
- Document damage and repair processes thoroughly for internal and insurance records
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication throughout the appraisal process
- Proven experience as an auto body appraiser or in a similar role at a dealership or collision center
- Strong understanding of auto body repairs, replacement parts, and estimating processes
- Proficiency with estimating software such as CCC One, Mitchell, or equivalent
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and customers
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 per year, paid weekly
