Are you a Site Supervisor with experience delivering commercial, multifamily, or modular construction projects, looking for a hands-on role within a growing construction business?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing company delivering multifamily and commercial construction projects. Once projects are under contract, you will work closely with the Project Manager to set projects up for successful delivery, taking full responsibility for day-to-day site operations from project handoff through to final punch list completion.

You will be the on-site lead, responsible for managing the build site, implementing the approved design, coordinating subcontractors, and adjusting weekly schedules to accommodate approved change orders. The Project Executive will remain the primary client contact, working collaboratively with the Project Manager and Site Supervisor to ensure projects are executed as expected.

This role suits a practical, organised site leader who enjoys being in the field, driving programmes forward, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

• Manage day-to-day site operations across construction projects

• Take ownership of site delivery from project handoff through to final punch list
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and site logistics
• Adjust weekly schedules to accommodate approved change orders while maintaining programme and budget control

• Experience as a Site Supervisor, Superintendent, or a similar role within construction
• Background in multifamily, commercial, or modular construction
• Strong understanding of site execution, sequencing, and quality control
• Confident managing subcontractors, schedules, and on-site delivery

• Growing construction business with a strong and secure project pipeline
