Construction Project Manager

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Construction Project Manager to take a leadership role on a $500 million environmental remediation and construction project in Pittsfield, MA. This permanent, fully onsite position offers the chance to oversee complex schedules, regulatory requirements, government-agency coordination, and field operations. With approximately five years of work remaining, this high-impact project offers long-term stability following the completion of the project and an opportunity to make a lasting difference in the community.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:

• 5-10 years of construction project management experience.
• Environmental construction, remediation, or regulatory compliance experience strongly preferred.
• Coordinate with state and federal environmental agencies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, including the ability to guide others in its use.
• Strong communication, scheduling, contract coordination, and deadline management.
• Manage detailed regulatory guidelines and compliance documentation.
• Leadership experience overseeing field personnel; the onsite foreman will report to this PM.
• Work fully onsite in Pittsfield MA.

Salary: $170,000 - $185,000 per year, flexible based on qualifications.
