Learning Experience Designer (Mid-Level)

1-Year Contract | 40 hrs/week | Remote or Hybrid

Our client is looking for a mid-level Learning Experience Designer to design and build high-quality learning solutions across digital and blended formats. This is a hands‑on individual contributor role for someone who can take learning needs from concept through execution.

• Design and develop ILT, VILT, blended learning, and interactive eLearning
• Translate business needs and learning goals into storyboards, scripts, and learning designs
• Build interactive courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise
• Create supporting assets including videos, slides, facilitator and participant guides, and job aids
• Partner directly with stakeholders and SMEs, incorporating feedback throughout development
• Update and maintain existing learning content as needs evolve

• 3+ years of instructional design or learning experience design experience
• Hands‑on expertise with Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• A portfolio that shows complete learning solutions, not just visuals
• Strong understanding of instructional design fundamentals and learning theory
• Ability to manage priorities, hit deadlines, and work independently

• Experience with SCORM and LMS platforms
• Comfort working with global or cross‑functional stakeholders
• Strong visual design sense and attention to detail
