- What you’ll do as a Canyon Ranch colleague:
Deliver world‑class guest service by creating a welcoming, personalized Canyon Ranch experience from check‑in through departure. - Ensure the locker room, wet areas, and surrounding spaces are impeccably clean, organized, and operating smoothly.
- Provide personalized locker room tours, issue robes and sandals, and assist guests with any needs or requests.
- Maintain full stock of neatly folded towels, refreshments, and amenities to enhance guest comfort.
- Ability to work Saturday.
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
- Six months’ customer service experience, preferred.
- Use of services and facilities including the spa, fitness classes, lectures, and overnight stays at all Canyon Ranch locations nationwide.
Pay range: $16.50 - $17.16
Location: This position will be onsite in Lenox, MA.
