Schedule
  • Monday - Thursday | 7:45AM - 4:30PM
    No evenings. Long weekends every week.
Your Role as a Dental Surgical Assistant

You will be a vital part of our surgical team, supporting both pre‑operative and post‑operative care while ensuring the highest standards of safety and patient comfort.

Responsibilities include:
  • Preparing surgical rooms, instruments, and patient charts
  • Assisting chairside during periodontal surgeries, implant placements, grafting, and advanced procedures
  • Operating digital x‑ray and 3D imaging systems
  • Maintaining strict sterilization and infection control protocols
  • Monitoring and documenting patient vitals during procedures
  • Educating patients on treatment plans and post‑operative instructions
  • Managing inventory and surgical supplies
  • Maintaining detailed electronic records and documentation
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certified Dental Assistant program (preferred)
  • 1+ year of dental surgical assisting experience
  • Radiography certification
  • CPR certification
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm in surgical settings
  • Professionalism, reliability, and a patient‑first mindset
