This full-time Dental Hygienist role offers a competitive base salary of $50–$60/hr.

• $50 - $60 per hour

Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Commission-Based

Incentives:

Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from specific procedures, such as teeth cleanings, fluoride treatments, and periodontal therapy.

• Day shift

Work Hours:

Monday
- Wednesday 8 am - 4 pm, Thursday: 8 AM - 8 PM;
Closed Friday

Breaks: 30 minute Mon
- Wed and 60-minute Thursday meal break (not counted as work hours).

Overtime:
Overtime available during busy seasons and paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.

No weekend shifts required.

• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care.

• Take and review digital X-rays to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history reviews.
• Assess gum health, check for signs of periodontal disease, and provide early intervention when needed.
• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing.
