Hospital Medicine Physician in Concord NH

Overview

InCare Physicians is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hospitalist to join our inpatient team at an established rehabilitation hospital in Concord, New Hampshire. This is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule and one weekend requirement per month, providing a meaningful work-life balance while making a real impact on patient care. We support growth and can assist in obtaining a rehabilitation certification.

• Work in a collaborative team environment with other hospitalists and APPs.
• Manage patients in an inpatient rehab setting with a focus on subacute care and recovery.
• Support and participate in the rehabilitation care process, with overnight call managed separately.
• Be supported by robust nursing, therapy, and administrative teams.

• MD or DO with active licensure in New Hampshire (or ability to obtain).
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Prior inpatient experience preferred; rehab experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
