Role Overview Provide high-quality inpatient nocturnist care within a dedicated hospital medicine program Maintain a balanced schedule with a 7-on/7-off structure, with occasional 1 week on / 2 weeks off rotations Work 11-hour night shifts with support from an established nocturnist team Care for patients in a closed ICU environment with no procedures required Engage with a community teaching environment that includes multiple residency programs Responsibilities Manage inpatient admissions, cross-coverage, and overnight hospital care Collaborate with residents, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary care teams Provide patient-centered, efficient, and evidence-based care Maintain accurate documentation and support continuity of care Participate in clinical teaching as part of a community hospital with academic affiliations Qualifications
