A health system is seeking a radiologist for locum tenens telehealth coverage.
About the Facility LocationThe facility is located in southern Alabama.
About the Clinician's WorkdayThis tele-radiology role covers CT, MRI, and ultrasound body imaging, with an estimated daily volume of around 40 cases. Coverage is flexible, up to one week per month, with 8‑hour days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and flexible call/weekend schedules. Radiologists will collaborate with multiple colleagues and review resident charts. The position may serve as backfill for current providers, with potential for full‑time employment.
The site uses Phillips PACS and Powerscribe 360 for dictation, requires approximately 6 weeks of credentialing for a clean file, and prefers fellowship‑trained candidates; licensing support is available.
