Middle School Science Teacher (anticipated)

Starting Date: Immediately

The teacher is the district's primary agent for instruction with responsibility for presenting the prescribed curriculum effectively and employing a diagnostic/prescriptive approach to identification and subsequent adaptation to the needs and interests of the students.

• maintaining classroom management
• planning and delivering effective instruction

• communicating with students, parents, and other district employees to work on behalf of students
• promoting equity and appreciation of diversity

• Bachelor's Degree required;
  Master's Degree preferred. MA DESE Certification General Science 5-8. Experience teaching science to middle school students. Excellent communication skills and strong classroom management skills. Commitment to professional growth and collaboration.
• At least 1 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
