Assistant Principal of Teaching and Learning

ResponsibilitiesSupports training, coaching, and evaluation of staff regarding academic instruction. Analyzes instructional data to implement response to intervention and academic programming. Demonstrates success in curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices and facilitates strong team building skills.
Qualifications- Master's Degree required.
- MA DESE Certification (Principal/Asst. Principal 9‑12).
- Minimum five years of secondary‑level teaching experience.
- Experience with teacher observation and evaluation.
- Ability to analyze and use data to inform instruction.
- Effective communication with faculty, students, and parents.
- Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
