Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples for the role of Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples will reside in on-campus student homes, providing care and support to groups of 8–13 students.
This unique role requires both spouses to be committed to the emotional and academic growth of the students, offering them mentorship and a structured environment. Comprehensive benefits, salary, and paid training are provided. Applicants must be legally married for at least two years and both over the age of 27.
