ADN Pathway Sponsorship Application
This position is part of the Talent Pathway Sponsorship Program. To qualify, you'll need to be accepted into the Associates Degree in Nursing Program through Berkshire Community College, or another program, starting in the Fall of 2026.

Required Documents:
- Application
- Resume
- Proof of Acceptance into Educational Program
- BCC or other school starting in Fall 2026
- Letter Stating Financial Need
- A personal statement as to why you have chosen this career path and would be a good fit
- Letter of Recommendation
- If you are a current BHS Employee:
One from current manager - If you are NOT a BHS Employee:
Two letters from supervisors/bosses/teachers/ etc... (not a friend, family, or coworker)
- If you are a current BHS Employee:
- Provide your Student Aide Index Number from your FAFSA Application
