, you’ll work alongside experienced educators and therapeutic professionals to create a safe, structured, and encouraging environment where students can build confidence, develop life skills, and reach their full potential.

Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule that supports work-life balance.

Compensation: $22.00 – $25.25 per hour

Available Locations:
Lenox, MA and Pittsfield, MA

Additional earnings opportunities:

$1,040 raise upon passing the Para Pro Assessment
$1,500 referral bonus for every full-time referral who is hired

What You'll Do:

Supporting classroom teachers and therapeutic staff
Ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of all students
Encouraging positive behavior and personal growth
Helping students develop academic, social, and life skills
Contributing to a collaborative team focused on student success

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
