Req Engineering Leadership Program - Electrical​/Software

Responsibilities for this Position

As an Engineering Leadership Program (ELP) Memberfor General Dynamics Mission Systems you’ll rotate across several cross functional teams and opportunity to support other sites that are responsible for Strategic Weapon Deterrence, Shipboard Electronic Integration, Submarine Combat Systems and more. While completing different rotations you will also complete a technical master’s degree, undergo internal training, be involved in community engagement, and establish a strong professional network.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills

• GPA of at least 3.2
• Previous internship or project work in your discipline
• A demonstrated ability to manage your time effectively, face challenging tasks, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.

Depending on rotation, this position is hybrid allowing you to flex your time between on site and home. While on-site, you will be a part of the Pittsfield, Massachusetts facility.
