Seeking a Systems Engineer to support Regional Strike Programs
, working on cross‑functional teams delivering hardware, software, and integrated defense systems
. This role supports system development, requirements management, integration, and validation activities across advanced defense platforms.

• Support system design, development, and integration activities
• Perform hardware/software validation, verification, and performance testing
• Develop and manage system requirements and documentation
• Support Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) activities including modeling and simulations
• Assist with hardware integration, troubleshooting, and system analysis
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams throughout the system lifecycle

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field
• 2+ years of relevant experience, OR
• Master’s degree with 6 months of experience
• Understanding of systems engineering principles, requirements management, and system modeling

• Experience with MBSE tools and requirements management tools
• Experience in test & integration engineering
• Agile development experience

• Active DoD Secret clearance preferred
• Must be eligible for U.S. Government security clearance
• U.S. Citizenship required

• On‑site in Pittsfield, MA
• Occasional hybrid flexibility available
