Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Supplier Quality Engineer

The Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) is responsible for ensuring supplier-delivered products and services meet GDMS quality standards, while also providing quality support to the manufacturing floor as needed.

* Experience in supplier quality or manufacturing quality

* Knowledge of ISO 9001, GD&T, and quality management systems

* Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

* Six Sigma or CQE certification

* Background in defense or aerospace manufacturing

What you'll experience:

* Evaluating, qualifying, and monitoring suppliers for compliance with quality requirements

* Conducting supplier audits, assessments, and corrective action follow-ups

* Managing supplier nonconformances and driving root cause/corrective action (RCCA)

* Supporting nonconformance disposition and MRB activities on the manufacturing floor

* Participating in first article inspections and production readiness reviews

What you bring to the table:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

* 3+ years of supplier quality or manufacturing quality experience

* Proficiency in reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions for conformance to requirements

* Knowledge of ISO 9001, GD&T, and quality management systems

* Experience managing supplier documentation, FAIRs, and quality plans

Salary Note
