Seeking a Systems Engineer to support Regional Strike Programs, working on cross-functional teams delivering hardware, software, and integrated defense systems. This role supports system development, requirements management, integration, and validation activities across advanced defense platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport system design, development, and integration activities
Perform hardware/software validation, verification, and performance testing
Develop and manage system requirements and documentation
Support Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) activities including modeling and simulations
Assist with hardware integration, troubleshooting, and system analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the system lifecycle
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field
2+ years of relevant experience, OR
Master’s degree with 6 months of experience
Understanding of systems engineering principles, requirements management, and system modeling
Experience with MBSE tools and requirements management tools
Experience in test & integration engineering
Agile development experience
Active DoD Secret clearance preferred
Must be eligible for U.S. Government security clearance
U.S. Citizenship required
On-site in Pittsfield, MA
