This position provides the opportunity to contribute to complex defense systems across the full development lifecycle. Whether supporting requirements development, system integration, testing, modeling, or hardware implementation, you'll play a direct role in delivering technologies that support critical national defense missions.
What You'll Do- Support the development and delivery of complex hardware, software, and integrated systems solutions
- Participate in system integration, validation, verification, and performance testing activities
- Develop, analyze, document, and manage system requirements throughout the product lifecycle
- Assist with system modeling, simulation, and design analysis using MBSE methodologies
- Support hardware systems design, integration, troubleshooting, and implementation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure system designs meet technical and program requirements
- Contribute to technical reviews, design evaluations, and problem‑solving efforts
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Science, Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, or related STEM field
- 2+ years of experience supporting system design, integration, testing, validation, or requirements management activities
- 1+ year of experience working with systems engineering tools, requirements management tools, or system modeling tools
- 1+ year of experience collaborating within cross‑functional engineering teams
- Understanding of systems engineering principles, methodologies, and technical standards
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Test & Integration Engineering
- Experience with Requirements Engineering and requirements management tools
- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Experience supporting hardware systems development and integration
- Agile development experience
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and engineering concepts
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve engineering processes
- Occasional hybrid work flexibility may be available based on business needs
- Flexible 9/80 work schedule available (every other Friday off)
