Overview

Join a mission‑critical engineering team supporting Regional Strike Programs that deliver advanced hardware, software, and integrated defense systems. As a Systems Engineer, you will work on complex programs that support national security initiatives, partnering with cross‑functional engineering teams to develop, integrate, test, and deploy cutting‑edge technology solutions. This role provides the opportunity to contribute across multiple systems engineering disciplines, including requirements development, test and integration, model‑based systems engineering (MBSE), and hardware systems engineering.

What

You’ll Do
  • Support the development and delivery of advanced hardware, software, and systems solutions.
  • Participate in hardware and software validation, verification, integration, and performance testing.
  • Develop, document, analyze, and manage system requirements throughout the engineering lifecycle.
  • Support system modeling, simulation, and architecture analysis using MBSE methodologies.
  • Assist with hardware systems integration, troubleshooting, and design support.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure systems meet mission requirements.
  • Participate in design reviews, technical evaluations, and system‑level testing activities.
  • Support Agile development activities and engineering process improvements.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, reports, and engineering deliverables.
Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or 3+ years with a Master’s degree).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related STEM field.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting systems integration, verification, validation, testing, or requirements management activities.
  • 2+ years of experience working with requirements management, systems modeling, or engineering lifecycle tools.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting cross‑functional engineering teams in a technical environment.
  • 1+ year of experience working in Agile development environments preferred.

Additional Information
  • Work arrangement:
    Primarily onsite with flexibility for occasional hybrid work.
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
  • Occasional overtime may be required based on program and customer requirements.

  • Active Secret Clearance required.
