Staff Level Electrical Engineer

As a Staff Level Electrical Engineer for Pittsfield Hardware Engineering, you’ll be a member of the Senior Engineering Manager’s staff and assigned to support cross functional teams on one or more programs/projects at a time based on current business needs. This will involve providing subject matter expertise related to Electrical Engineering, supporting estimating efforts and project management needs, providing emergent troubleshooting support, and serving as a senior review authority.

You will also be tasked with supporting process improvement efforts along with mentoring junior engineers.

• Expert level understanding of electrical engineering computer-aided design (CAD) tools and mixed Signal circuit analysis/design
• Ahead of technology trends with Research & Development (R&D) experience, as well as advanced proficiency in test, troubleshooting, and analyzing circuit card schematics

Workplace Options:
