, offering deep advisory work rather than high-volume compliance. The team is intentionally lean, collaborative, and professional, with minimal bureaucracy and a genuine focus on balance.
Remote is fully supported. Candidates located near Greater Boston may opt into a light in-office presence (1–2 days per week) if desired.
What You’ll Do- Review and manage complex individual, partnership, corporate, and fiduciary tax returns
- Provide proactive tax planning and consultative guidance to high-net-worth clients and business owners
- Serve as a primary client contact, building long-term, trusted advisory relationships
- Supervise, review, and mentor tax staff, ensuring both technical accuracy and professional development
- Research and resolve complex tax issues; stay current on evolving tax regulations
- Contribute to workflow management, process improvement, and best-practice development across the team
- CPA or EA preferred
- 6+ years of public accounting tax experience
, including return review - Strong technical foundation across individual, partnership, and corporate taxation
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and complex client structures
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and review staff work
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
- Familiarity with common tax platforms such as Ultra Tax, Pro System fx, Lacerte, or similar
- Remote-first flexibility with optional hybrid setup for local candidates

- Base salary range: $130,000 – $150,000
