Responsibilities- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts and facility guidelines.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
- Active California PT license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong clinical skills with excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to various patient needs and clinical settings.
