PCA and HHA Training

Overview

We are hiring caregivers for our Berkshires office. Clients are located in North Adams, Adams, Pittsfield, Lee, Great Barrington. Positions include Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Personal Care Assistants (PCA), and HOMEMAKERS. No experience? No problem! We provide free HHA training and certification.

• Helping with errands and meal preparation
• Providing medication reminders
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Performing light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment

• Driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Respectful, compassionate, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards

• Daily pay
• Flexible scheduling – mornings, evenings, weekends, and block shifts available
• Accrued PTO & Medical Insurance (for 30+ hours/week)

$17–$20 per hour. Free HHA training and certification. Daily pay.
