General DescriptionThis position is responsible for providing support to clients via phone and in person, assisting AMCI/YMCI supervisors and clinicians, managing incoming calls and providing additional support to AMCI / YMCI staff.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in relevant Human Services field required
- Previous experience in the Human Services field required
- Knowledge in mental health and community systems
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and appropriately insured vehicle strongly preferred
