Data Entry Pharmacy Technician

Location:

North Andover, MA. Specialty Rx is a Long‑Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long‑term care facilities and assisted living communities. Specialty Rx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.

Day Shift and Evening (Mon‑Fri and every other weekend).

• Enter new orders for staff pharmacist review.
• Maintain up‑to‑date, accurate customer information.
• Generate labels for dispensing.
• Answer phones and respond to order inquiries.
• Clarify orders as needed.
• Triage incoming faxes.

• Previous experience in pharmacy desired.
• Knowledge of brand names and generic medications.
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.
• Must be multi‑tasking and reliable.
• Knowledge of SIG‑Codes.
• Quick typing skills.
• Computer literate, knowledge of Frameworks LTC system, PLUS.
