Nursing Director - Inpatient Services NARH

Responsibilities

A licensed healthcare professional who provides 24‑hour administrative leadership and oversight for patient care delivery across the 2N Inpatient Units, including Swing services. This role is accountable for ensuring coordinated, high‑quality services that align with emerging healthcare trends and the strategic direction of North Adams Regional Hospital. The position focuses on sustaining exceptional satisfaction among patients, families, and physicians, while integrating clinical and operational initiatives to support organizational goals, budget performance, and service excellence.

• Five years of clinical and managerial experience required.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required
• Master’s degree in nursing, other healthcare field, or business preferred.

• RN – Massachusetts RN license
• BLS required
• ACLS within one year

• Demonstrates the ability to effectively manage multiple disciplines within the organization.
