A dedicated and licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) is responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising Physical Therapist. This role involves applying appropriate therapeutic modalities, monitoring patient responses, and providing updates on progress or adjustments to treatment goals. The PTA documents all services rendered and educates patients and families about physical deficits and recovery strategies. Additional duties include supporting discharge planning, advising on adaptive equipment, and connecting patients to community support resources.
Strong critical thinking and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision are essential.

Applicants should have:
- Associate's degree; graduate of a program in discipline
- Current Physical Therapy Assistant license in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Rehab or acute care experience

Hourly range: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
