Job Overview
Join a respected cancer treatment team in the Berkshires as a Radiation Therapist. This full-time weekday role (Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) delivers high-quality radiation therapy in a supportive environment with strong work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
Administer radiation treatments following physician direction and safety protocols.

Perform simulations and assist with dosimetry planning.

Fabricate and manage treatment blocks and immobilization devices.

Coordinate daily treatment schedules and equipment assignments.

Operate radiation equipment safely under Radiation Oncologist supervision.

Collaborate with nursing, reception, and physicians for comprehensive patient care.

Maintain and update departmental procedure manuals as needed.

Qualifications

Education:

Completion of a JRCERT-accredited Radiation Therapy program.
Certifications/Licensure:
Current Massachusetts Radiology License   required.

ARRT(T) certification in Radiation Therapy   required.

Current CPR certification   required.
Experience/

Skills:

Clinical experience through a formal program.

Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations.

Attendance at all mandatory education and training required.
