Key Responsibilities of the Speech-Language Pathologist:
Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with facility and state standards
Educate patients and family members on therapy plans, goals, and home care strategies
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to care planning

Requirements:
Active  Massachusetts SLP license  (or eligibility to obtain)
Master's degree in  Speech-Language Pathology  from an accredited program
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)  preferred (CFs may be considered)
Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning skills
Prior experience in a clinical or rehab setting preferred
